Most Beneve Power of 3 reviews are written by people who loved the product and want you to buy it through their link. That’s not what this is.
Personal testimonials matter. They’re real data. But they can’t tell you why something worked, whether the mechanism is clinically sound, or whether a product is likely to be a good fit for your particular situation. That takes a different lens.
My name is Sterling Harpst. I’m a licensed pharmacist (PharmD, RPh) and a member of the Beneve Medical Advisory Board. My wife Jordan is a registered nurse. What Is Beneve Power of 3?
Power of 3 is Beneve’s best-selling product and the one most people find first. It’s a twice-daily capsule formulated to support hormonal balance, cellular antioxidant defense, and immune function through three primary active ingredients: DIM (diindolylmethane), Opitac™ glutathione, and xanthohumol. The “Power of 3” name comes directly from those three compounds working together, not from any single one of them alone.
It sits at the center of Beneve’s two main bundles. The Cortisol Combo pairs it with Xcelerate for a hormonal balance and energy support protocol. Add G3 to that and you have the Trifecta, which Beneve positions as a more complete daily wellness system targeting hormonal health, energy, and gut function together.
A 30-serving bottle (60 capsules) retails at $62. That’s not cheap, but the price reflects differentiated ingredients. This isn’t a commodity DIM capsule with a premium label on it, and the ingredient breakdown below explains why.

Beneve Power of 3 Ingredients: What’s Actually in It
Most Beneve Power of 3 reviews stop at three ingredients. The actual formula has five active compounds. Two of them, Polynol™ and BioPerine®, show up in almost no reviews despite doing meaningful work in how the formula is designed to perform. We’re covering all five.

Ingredient 1: DIM (Diindolylmethane)
DIM is the ingredient most closely tied to the hormonal support users report, and it’s the one worth understanding in the most depth.
Diindolylmethane forms in the body when you digest indole-3-carbinol, a compound found in cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts. Getting a therapeutically meaningful amount from food alone would require eating an unrealistic quantity of these vegetables every day. A concentrated supplement dose is what makes the mechanism actually accessible.
DIM’s primary role is in supporting healthy estrogen metabolism. The liver processes estrogen along several pathways. Research suggests the 2-hydroxy (2-OH) pathway produces estrogen metabolites associated with a more balanced hormonal environment. DIM is studied for its ability to support metabolism in that direction, which is why it appears in so many hormonal balance and women’s wellness formulas.
Women using Power of 3 commonly report improvements in PMS comfort, skin clarity, cycle regularity, mood, and sleep quality. These aren’t random outcomes. They’re areas directly influenced by the hormonal environment, and DIM’s mechanism is relevant to each of them. That said, individual results vary and none of these outcomes are guaranteed.
DIM also has applications in men’s health, though this gets far less attention in most Power of 3 reviews. The testosterone-to-estrogen ratio in men can shift over time due to aromatization, where testosterone converts to estrogen. DIM supports healthy estrogen metabolism in men too, and some male users report improvements in energy, mood, and physical composition with consistent use.
From a pharmacist’s perspective: Bioavailability is the real differentiator between DIM supplements. Raw crystalline DIM has inconsistent absorption. The inclusion of BioPerine® in Power of 3 addresses this across all ingredients in the formula, which is a formulation decision that meaningfully affects how much of what you’re paying for actually reaches your system.
Ingredient 2: Opitac™ L-Glutathione
Glutathione gets called the “master antioxidant” with good reason. It’s the most abundant intracellular antioxidant in the human body, found in virtually every cell, and it does a lot of things that other antioxidants can’t. Neutralizing free radicals, regenerating vitamins C and E, supporting liver detoxification, modulating immune activity. The list is long.
The longstanding problem with glutathione supplementation is getting it past the gut. Standard oral glutathione breaks down in the gastrointestinal tract before it reaches circulation. That’s why some people have relied on IV infusions to meaningfully raise their levels. I did quarterly IV glutathione for years as a healthcare professional before finding an oral form I felt good about.
Opitac™ is a reduced L-glutathione made by Kohjin Life Sciences through a fermentation process that produces a highly stable form. The reduced form, known as GSH, is the active version found inside cells. Oxidized glutathione has to be converted back to GSH before it does anything useful. Starting with the reduced form in a stable delivery system is the right approach, and Opitac™ is one of the more credible oral glutathione options available in a consumer supplement.
Peer-reviewed research on oral reduced glutathione has shown meaningful results for supporting blood and tissue glutathione levels compared to placebo. Users of Power of 3 commonly report improvements in immune resilience, skin quality, and overall energy. Those outcomes are consistent with the biological roles glutathione plays. Individual results vary.
Clinical note: The pairing of DIM and glutathione in this formula is intentional, not coincidental. Healthy estrogen metabolism is a liver detoxification process. Glutathione is a critical cofactor in liver phase II detoxification reactions. DIM supports the metabolic direction; glutathione supports the capacity to complete that process. They work the same pathway from two different angles.
Ingredient 3: Xanthohumol
Xanthohumol is the ingredient that most reviewers mention in passing and clinical researchers find most interesting. It’s a prenylated chalcone flavonoid from the female flowers of the Humulus lupulus plant, which is also used in brewing beer. The concentration in beer is far too low to matter physiologically. The concentrated extract form is a different situation.
Research has characterized xanthohumol as a potent natural antioxidant with free radical scavenging activity that compares favorably to well-known antioxidants like quercetin and resveratrol in certain models. It’s also been studied for its ability to support healthy inflammatory response through NF-kB pathway modulation. Human clinical trials are still limited compared to DIM and glutathione, but the mechanistic data is solid and the ingredient is getting more attention in nutritional science.
For Power of 3 users, xanthohumol adds a third layer of antioxidant protection through a mechanism distinct from glutathione, along with anti-inflammatory support that extends the formula’s reach beyond the hormonal and detoxification work of the first two ingredients. The skin clarity improvements that come up frequently in Beneve Power of 3 reviews are likely driven by the combination of DIM’s effect on estrogen metabolism and xanthohumol’s antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity working together.
You don’t commonly find xanthohumol in consumer supplements. Its presence here signals that the formulation team was reading the research, not just assembling a list of popular ingredients.
Ingredient 4: Polynol™ (Sugarcane Whole Plant Extract)
Polynol™ is a branded polyphenol complex derived from the whole sugarcane plant by Kenay AG. Sugarcane is among the richer natural sources of polyphenolic antioxidants, compounds that support cellular protection from oxidative stress, cardiovascular health, and healthy inflammatory response.
The Polynol™ extraction process draws from the full plant, including leaf, stalk, and root, producing a standardized polyphenol profile with consistent bioavailability. Its role in Power of 3 is to extend the antioxidant coverage of the formula beyond what DIM, glutathione, and xanthohumol cover on their own.
This ingredient gets skipped entirely in most Beneve Power of 3 reviews. That’s a miss. Choosing a branded, standardized extract over a cheap generic was a deliberate cost decision by the formulation team. You see that same decision made consistently across all five ingredients in this product, and that consistency is what makes the clean-label claim credible rather than just marketing language.
Ingredient 5: BioPerine® (Black Pepper Fruit Extract)
BioPerine® is a patented piperine extract from black pepper developed by Sabinsa Corporation. It’s among the most studied bioavailability-enhancing ingredients in nutritional science. Piperine works by modulating metabolism enzymes in the intestinal wall and liver, slowing how quickly certain compounds are cleared from the body and supporting their effective absorption into systemic circulation.
Multiple published studies have confirmed BioPerine®’s ability to support the bioavailability of nutrients taken alongside it. Its presence in Power of 3 is mechanistically significant. A DIM supplement without a bioavailability enhancer may deliver a fraction of the active dose compared to one formulated with BioPerine®, which matters a lot when you’re paying for patented ingredients.
Important note for anyone on medications: BioPerine® also enhances the absorption of pharmaceutical drugs, including certain anticoagulants, chemotherapy agents, and psychiatric medications. If you are taking any prescription medications, talk to your pharmacist before starting Power of 3 specifically because of the piperine component. This is standard guidance for any piperine-containing supplement, not something specific to this product, and it is not a reason to avoid Power of 3 if you are not on affected medications.
Does Beneve Power of 3 Work?

That’s the question most people are actually searching for when they look up a Beneve Power of 3 review, so let’s get to it.
For many users, yes. With the right expectations about what a supplement can realistically deliver.
Power of 3 is not a drug. It won’t produce pharmaceutical-level results. What it does is supply bioavailable forms of three compounds that tend to be insufficient in modern diets, in a formula designed to support the body’s own hormonal balance and antioxidant systems. For people whose wellbeing is meaningfully affected by estrogen imbalance, elevated oxidative stress, or suboptimal glutathione levels, the feedback we hear from users is consistent with what the ingredients’ mechanisms would predict. For someone who is already hormonally balanced with strong antioxidant status, the effect will be subtler. Individual results vary.
Whether this product will be meaningful for a specific person comes down to what’s actually driving their symptoms, their baseline health status, their diet, their stress load, and how consistently they use it.
What the Research Supports
The evidence base for the individual ingredients is solid:
DIM and estrogen metabolism: Peer-reviewed research has confirmed DIM’s ability to support healthy estrogen metabolite ratios in both men and women. The hormonal comfort improvements reported by Power of 3 users align with DIM’s documented mechanism.
Glutathione and antioxidant defense: Published research on oral reduced glutathione supplementation has shown its ability to support glutathione levels in blood and tissues. Studies in multiple populations have associated higher glutathione levels with better immune resilience and inflammatory balance. Individual supplementation results vary.
Xanthohumol and antioxidant activity: Research has characterized xanthohumol’s antioxidant potency and its support for healthy inflammatory response through NF-kB modulation. Human clinical data is still developing, but the mechanistic foundation is well established.
BioPerine® and absorption: Published studies support BioPerine®’s ability to enhance the bioavailability of co-administered nutrients. Having it in the formula is a meaningful decision that affects how well the other four ingredients actually work.
What Users Commonly Report
The following reflects feedback from users in our community. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Power of 3 is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
The improvements that come up most often in Beneve Power of 3 feedback from people we work with:
- Better sleep and calmer mornings. This tends to be the first thing users notice, usually within the first two weeks. DIM’s support for healthy estrogen-progesterone balance is relevant to sleep quality, and the improvement often shows up before any other change.
- Clearer skin. Commonly reported within three to four weeks. Likely driven by DIM’s influence on estrogen metabolism alongside xanthohumol’s antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity working together.
- More comfort around the menstrual cycle. Many users describe this within the first full cycle on the product. DIM’s support for healthy estrogen metabolism is directly relevant to the hormonal environment that influences cycle-related comfort.
- Improved immune resilience and steadier energy. Commonly shows up at the four to six week mark. Consistent with the biological roles glutathione plays in immune function and cellular energy production.
- Better mental clarity. Less consistently reported but worth noting. May relate to glutathione’s antioxidant support for neurological function and xanthohumol’s anti-inflammatory activity.
- Improved sense of hormonal wellbeing, including libido. Some users report this over the first four to six weeks. Libido can be influenced by hormonal balance, and DIM’s effect on the broader hormonal environment is the likely contributing factor. Individual experience varies.
What to Expect Week by Week

A lot of the frustration people bring to their Beneve Power of 3 review search comes from unrealistic timelines. Supplements don’t work like drugs. People expect to feel something in three days and when they don’t, they conclude the product doesn’t work. The biology doesn’t cooperate with that expectation.
Days 1 to 7: Setup Phase
The first week is mostly biochemical groundwork. DIM begins supporting healthy estrogen metabolism from the first dose, but a measurable shift in the metabolite ratio takes several days to accumulate. Glutathione levels build gradually as Opitac™ replenishes depleted cellular reserves. Most users notice nothing dramatic in week one. That’s normal. A subset of users with more pronounced hormonal imbalance report early improvements in sleep during this period, but that’s not the typical experience.
Weeks 2 to 3: Early Changes
This is when many users first notice something shifting. Sleep quality is the most commonly reported early signal: waking up more rested, falling asleep more easily, feeling less anxious in the morning. Some users also describe a reduction in background irritability they hadn’t consciously attributed to hormones until it began to ease.
Weeks 3 to 4: Skin and Hormonal Comfort
By the end of the first month, many consistent users report visible changes in skin clarity and cycle comfort. Hormonal acne along the jawline and chin is often what users describe beginning to improve during this period. Premenstrual comfort tends to improve as well. Energy throughout the day becomes steadier for a lot of users at this stage, with less of the afternoon dip that many had just accepted as normal.
Weeks 4 to 8: Immune Resilience and Broader Wellbeing
At the one-month mark, glutathione levels are meaningfully supported for users who have been consistent. Immune resilience improvements tend to show up during this window. Many users describe feeling better equipped to stay well through the seasonal demands of daily life. Skin improvements often continue developing. Women navigating hormonal transition frequently report improvements in general comfort and wellbeing during this phase.
Weeks 8 to 12: Full Protocol Picture
A 90-day consistent protocol is where the most comprehensive picture of what Power of 3 can do becomes clear. Users who have stayed with it through three months often describe a new baseline: more stable, more resilient, more like themselves than they’ve felt in a while. For those stacking with Xcelerate and G3 as the Trifecta, the combined support from all three products at this stage tends to produce the most significant results we see in Beneve reviews across our team.
Who Is Power of 3 Actually a Good Fit For?
While Power of 3 is a supplement almost everyone can benefit from, there are certainly some groups that see the most immediate impact. Below is a realistic picture of who tends to get the most from it.

Women with Hormonal Imbalance Symptoms
This is the primary audience, and the one where Power of 3 comes up most consistently in positive feedback. The symptoms users most commonly describe improving include PMS discomfort, cycle irregularity, hormonal acne along the chin and jawline, mood changes in the week before menstruation, unexplained weight changes, and fatigue that doesn’t resolve with sleep. DIM’s support for healthy estrogen metabolism is directly relevant to the hormonal environment that influences all of those things. Individual results vary.
Women in Hormonal Transition
Perimenopause isn’t a smooth decline in estrogen. It’s an erratic fluctuation that can drive sleep disruption, mood changes, energy problems, and general discomfort. DIM’s support for healthy estrogen metabolism is particularly relevant during this phase. From Jordan’s perspective as both a clinician and someone who has been through it personally, Power of 3 is one of the more practical daily support options available for women navigating that transition. It’s not a replacement for medical care or hormone therapy when that’s appropriate. It’s a wellness support option that addresses a real piece of the picture.
Women Dealing with Chronic Fatigue and Immune Vulnerability
Chronic stress, poor sleep, and sustained elevated cortisol can all affect glutathione levels over time. If you consistently feel run down and haven’t found that common immune support supplements shift that pattern, suboptimal glutathione may be a contributing factor. Opitac™ glutathione is formulated to address that more directly than most available oral supplements. Individual results vary.
Postpartum Women
The hormonal shift after delivery involves a significant drop in progesterone and estrogen that creates a period of adjustment lasting months for many women, compounded by sleep deprivation, breastfeeding demands, and high physical and emotional load. DIM and glutathione address the hormonal balance and oxidative stress dimensions of that transition. Power of 3 is not a substitute for postpartum mental health care, and we’d never suggest otherwise. But as a daily wellness adjunct, it addresses factors that can make the postpartum period harder than it needs to be.
Men with Hormonal Balance Concerns
DIM’s application in men gets far less attention in most Beneve Power of 3 reviews, but it’s real. Men whose wellbeing is affected by excess estrogen, whether from aromatization of testosterone, adipose aromatase activity, or environmental xenoestrogen exposure, may find DIM’s support for healthy estrogen metabolism relevant. Symptoms worth having a clinical conversation about include unexplained fatigue, difficulty maintaining muscle, and mood changes. Multiple factors can drive those symptoms, and the right first step is a proper evaluation rather than self-diagnosing with a supplement.
Anyone Who Would Otherwise Build This Stack Themselves
A quality DIM supplement with a bioavailability enhancer runs roughly $25 to $35 per month. A quality oral reduced glutathione in a bioavailable form costs $35 to $50. A standardized xanthohumol supplement, if you can find one, adds another $20 to $30. That’s $80 to $115 per month across three separate products, with no guarantee any of them are using the quality of branded ingredients Beneve has sourced. At $62 per month, Power of 3 consolidates all three into a single twice-daily capsule with BioPerine® enhancing all ingredients simultaneously. For anyone who has tried to build this stack independently, the value case is obvious.
Side Effects and What to Know Before You Start
A complete Beneve Power of 3 review covers this section without glossing over it. Informed decision-making requires it.
DIM Side Effects
DIM is well-tolerated by the overwhelming majority of users at typical supplemental doses. The most commonly reported effect is temporary urine discoloration, a greenish or amber tint that results from estrogen metabolite processing through the kidneys. It is harmless, not a sign of organ damage, and it typically fades after the first few weeks as the body adjusts.
A small portion of users experience mild GI sensitivity in the first week, particularly when taking the capsule on an empty stomach. Taking Power of 3 with a meal resolves this for most people.
Glutathione Side Effects
Oral reduced glutathione at supplemental doses is among the best-tolerated compounds in nutritional medicine. No significant adverse effects have been documented in clinical trials at the doses used in consumer supplements. Individuals on immunosuppressant medications should talk to their prescribing physician before adding glutathione supplementation.
Xanthohumol Side Effects
Xanthohumol is generally considered safe at the doses found in consumer supplements. Because it’s derived from hops, individuals with known hops allergies should consult their healthcare provider before use.
BioPerine® Considerations
BioPerine® enhances the absorption of pharmaceutical drugs as well as nutrients. If you are on any prescription medications, particularly anticoagulants, chemotherapy agents, certain psychiatric medications, or drugs with narrow therapeutic windows, check with your pharmacist before adding Power of 3 to your routine. This is standard guidance for any piperine-containing supplement and is not specific to this product.
Overall: Power of 3 has a favorable safety profile for healthy adults. The considerations above apply to specific populations and specific medication scenarios. As with any supplement, consult a healthcare provider before starting if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking prescription medications.
How to Take It Correctly
The label says one capsule daily, although many users report taking it morning and evening. That schedule isn’t arbitrary. DIM’s support for estrogen metabolism extends roughly 12 to 18 hours from a single dose, so morning and evening dosing keeps more consistent support across the full day and night cycle. Glutathione synthesis and cellular repair activity happens throughout a 24-hour period, with significant work occurring during sleep. Taking a dose in the evening supports that overnight process.
If GI sensitivity is a concern, take each capsule with a meal. DIM and other fat-soluble compounds in the formula absorb better alongside a meal with some dietary fat anyway. Morning capsule with breakfast, evening capsule with dinner. That’s the protocol.
Consistency matters more than anything else. Missing a day occasionally is fine. Sporadic use, taking it when you remember and skipping multiple days at a stretch, will significantly delay any results and may prevent the full picture from emerging at all.
Stacking Options
Power of 3 works well on its own. It also works better as part of a stack, and there are two combinations that make clinical sense:
Cortisol Combo (Power of 3 + Xcelerate): Xcelerate contains panax ginseng and mucuna pruriens, an adaptogen blend formulated to support the HPA axis and cortisol regulation. Cortisol and estrogen are deeply connected physiologically. Sustained elevated cortisol can influence ovarian hormone production and affect the estrogen balance that DIM supports. Addressing cortisol alongside estrogen metabolism means working on the hormonal picture from two directions at once.
Trifecta (Power of 3 + Xcelerate + G3): The gut microbiome plays a role in estrogen metabolism through a group of gut bacteria called the estrobolome. Dysbiosis can impair the gut’s ability to process and excrete estrogen metabolites, which can contribute to their recirculation. G3’s BIOMEnd™ butyrate supports gut barrier integrity and microbiome health, which creates a more complete foundation for the hormonal and energy support that Power of 3 and Xcelerate provide.

Power of 3 vs. Other DIM and Glutathione Supplements

The practical question buried in most Beneve Power of 3 reviews is whether you could put together a comparable stack for less by buying the ingredients separately. Short answer: not really, not with equivalent ingredient quality.
| Feature | Beneve Power of 3 | Generic DIM Supplement | Standard Glutathione | DIY Stack (3 products) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bioavailable glutathione form | Yes: Opitac™ reduced L-GSH | N/A | Often not (oxidized form common) | Depends on products chosen |
| Absorption enhancer | Yes: BioPerine® | Sometimes | Rarely | Rarely |
| Xanthohumol included | Yes | No | No | Only if specifically sourced |
| Patented ingredients | 3 (Opitac™, Polynol™, BioPerine®) | 0 to 1 | 0 to 1 | Variable |
| Made in USA | Yes | Often no | Often no | Variable |
| Monthly cost | $62 | $25 to $35 | $35 to $50 | $85 to $115 |
| NMW pharmacist rating | Best in class | Adequate | Variable | High effort, higher cost |
You can source cheaper versions of each ingredient separately and that’s a legitimate choice. You’re just not getting the same formulation, and the cost difference narrows considerably once you use quality equivalents.
Power of 3 in the Broader Beneve Picture
No Beneve Power of 3 review exists in isolation. The product is part of a company, and the company is part of a broader conversation about whether Beneve is a credible wellness brand or another MLM supplement story.
After thorough analysis and real time inside the company, our view is that Beneve’s product line is among the more credibly formulated in the direct sales wellness space. Power of 3 is the clearest example of that. The formulation choices across all five ingredients represent a consistent pattern of choosing quality over margin. Opitac™ over generic reduced glutathione, BioPerine® for absorption support, Polynol™ as a branded extract rather than a generic sugarcane label, xanthohumol as a differentiated antioxidant that most competitors don’t include. Seeing those decisions made consistently across every ingredient says something about the people behind the formula.
The negative Beneve reviews circulating online, primarily in anti-MLM communities, focus on the business model rather than the products. That’s a meaningful distinction. A product can be well-formulated inside a business structure that some people find objectionable. Whether the Beneve business opportunity is right for a specific person is a completely separate question from whether Power of 3 is a quality supplement. Both deserve honest, independent evaluation.

Final Verdict

After reviewing every ingredient in clinical context, considering the feedback from users we work with directly, and comparing the formulation against what else is available in this category, our assessment is below.
Formulation: Excellent. Five active ingredients, three patented branded compounds, all with peer-reviewed research behind their mechanisms of action, in a clean-label USA-manufactured capsule. This is not a commodity product. The formulation investment is visible at the ingredient level.
User feedback: Consistently positive for the right audience. Women dealing with hormonal imbalance, perimenopausal comfort concerns, immune resilience challenges, or chronic fatigue are the people who report the most meaningful support from Power of 3. A 90-day consistent protocol is where the most comprehensive picture emerges. Individual results vary.
Value: Solid when compared fairly. At $62 per month for a product that consolidates three supplement categories using patented ingredients with an absorption enhancer built in, the price holds up. It’s not a budget product and it’s not priced like one.
Our recommendation: As a licensed pharmacist, Power of 3 is the product I point people toward most often from the Beneve lineup. The ingredient-to-audience match is the clearest in the line. For someone whose situation aligns with what this formula supports, it’s worth giving it the full 90 days to evaluate properly.

The inclusion of BioPerine® in Power of 3 addresses this across all ingredients in the formula, which is a formulation decision that meaningfully affects how much of what you’re paying for actually reaches your system.Ingredient 2: Opitac™ L-Glutathione
They work the same pathway from two different angles.Ingredient 3: Xanthohumol
Its presence here signals that the formulation team was reading the research, not just assembling a list of popular ingredients.Ingredient 4: Polynol™ (Sugarcane Whole Plant Extract)
You see that same decision made consistently across all five ingredients in this product, and that consistency is what makes the clean-label claim credible rather than just marketing language.Ingredient 5: BioPerine® (Black Pepper Fruit Extract)
This is standard guidance for any piperine-containing supplement, not something specific to this product, and it is not a reason to avoid Power of 3 if you are not on affected medications.Does Beneve Power of 3 Work?
The evidence base for the individual ingredients is solid: DIM and estrogen metabolism: Peer-reviewed research has confirmed DIM’s ability to support healthy estrogen metabolite ratios in both men and women.
The improvements that come up most often in Beneve Power of 3 feedback from people we work with:- Better sleep and calmer mornings.
A subset of users with more pronounced hormonal imbalance report early improvements in sleep during this period, but that’s not the typical experience.Weeks 2 to 3: Early Changes
This is when many users first notice something shifting. Sleep quality is the most commonly reported early signal: waking up more rested, falling asleep more easily, feeling less anxious in the morning. Some users also describe a reduction in background irritability they hadn’t consciously attributed to hormones until it began to ease.Weeks 3 to 4: Skin and Hormonal Comfort
By the end of the first month, many consistent users report visible changes in skin clarity and cycle comfort. Hormonal acne along the jawline and chin is often what users describe beginning to improve during this period. Premenstrual comfort tends to improve as well. Energy throughout the day becomes steadier for a lot of users at this stage, with less of the afternoon dip that many had just accepted as normal.Weeks 4 to 8: Immune Resilience and Broader Wellbeing
At the one-month mark, glutathione levels are meaningfully supported for users who have been consistent. Immune resilience improvements tend to show up during this window. Many users describe feeling better equipped to stay well through the seasonal demands of daily life. Skin improvements often continue developing. Women navigating hormonal transition frequently report improvements in general comfort and wellbeing during this phase.Weeks 8 to 12: Full Protocol Picture
A 90-day consistent protocol is where the most comprehensive picture of what Power of 3 can do becomes clear. Users who have stayed with it through three months often describe a new baseline: more stable, more resilient, more like themselves than they’ve felt in a while. For those stacking with Xcelerate and G3 as the Trifecta, the combined support from all three products at this stage tends to produce the most significant results we see in Beneve reviews across our team.Who Is Power of 3 Actually a Good Fit For?
Individual results vary.Women in Hormonal Transition
It’s a wellness support option that addresses a real piece of the picture.Women Dealing with Chronic Fatigue and Immune Vulnerability
Individual results vary.Postpartum Women
But as a daily wellness adjunct, it addresses factors that can make the postpartum period harder than it needs to be.Men with Hormonal Balance Concerns
Multiple factors can drive those symptoms, and the right first step is a proper evaluation rather than self-diagnosing with a supplement.Anyone Who Would Otherwise Build This Stack Themselves
For anyone who has tried to build this stack independently, the value case is obvious.Side Effects and What to Know Before You Start
A complete Beneve Power of 3 review covers this section without glossing over it. Informed decision-making requires it.DIM Side Effects
Taking Power of 3 with a meal resolves this for most people.Glutathione Side Effects
Oral reduced glutathione at supplemental doses is among the best-tolerated compounds in nutritional medicine. No significant adverse effects have been documented in clinical trials at the doses used in consumer supplements. Individuals on immunosuppressant medications should talk to their prescribing physician before adding glutathione supplementation.Xanthohumol Side Effects
Xanthohumol is generally considered safe at the doses found in consumer supplements. Because it’s derived from hops, individuals with known hops allergies should consult their healthcare provider before use.BioPerine® Considerations
Sporadic use, taking it when you remember and skipping multiple days at a stretch, will significantly delay any results and may prevent the full picture from emerging at all.Stacking Options
Power of 3 works well on its own. It also works better as part of a stack, and there are two combinations that make clinical sense: Cortisol Combo (Power of 3 + Xcelerate): Xcelerate contains panax ginseng and mucuna pruriens, an adaptogen blend formulated to support the HPA axis and cortisol regulation. G3’s BIOMEnd™ butyrate supports gut barrier integrity and microbiome health, which creates a more complete foundation for the hormonal and energy support that Power of 3 and Xcelerate provide.Ready to start the Power of 3 protocol?
